Welcome to Training Loft 714 in Benicia

**Starting June 2021 we will discontinue the use of our online reservation system. If you are a current member you can just show up for the classes you wish to attend. If you are a first time guest, please set up an account by signing up through the log-in button at the bottom of this page before coming in to the studio. You can pay the $20 guest fee at the studio via cash or Venmo or Zelle as we no longer take credit cards. Please click on our schedule tab to see our current weekly offerings. We are holding in person classes and live-streaming from our studio to a private group for members only. Welcome to Training Loft 714. We are a class based health and fitness transformation studio located on 1st street in Benicia, California. Our studio was designed to give our clients everything they need to be successful in reaching all of their fitness goals. We offer a wide variety of classes including cardio kickboxing, body sculpting, weight training circuits, BootCamps and 30 minute express classes all lead by some of the best certified trainers in the area. We can track your progress to help you stay on track and offer the support you need to help you stay accountable and committed to your goals.

We also have personal training available for those who may need a little extra push or really want to take their training to the next level. We have trainers that specialize in muscle building, fat loss, conditioning and mobility. A trainer can give you a personalized plan so its a great option for someone who is really committed to making lasting changes.

You finally have a place where you can get all of the things you need to be successful no mater what your goals are.
